Mizuna and Apple Salad with Mustard Dressing

-Ingredients (2 servings)-

  • 2 cups Mizuna (Japanese Mustard) washed and cut into 1 1/2 inch length pieces
  • 1/2 of Fuji Apple cut into match sticks
  • 2 Tbsp. Walnuts toasted and chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Honey or Agave nectar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Whole grain Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Salt


  1. In a big bowl, put all the ingredients for the dressing and then mix well.
  2. Add the Mizuna and the Apple to the bowl and toss well.
  3. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl, and sprinkle with walnuts.
