Miso Cumin Hummus -Ingredients- 1 14.5 oz. can Garbanzo Beans or cooked Soybeans [about 1 ½ cups] with the water reserved 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice (from one large lemon) 1 clove Garlic 1 1/2 Tbsp. Miso 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil 1 tsp. ground Cumin Salt and Pepper to taste -Directions- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth, adding the reserved bean liquid or water to obtain desired consistency.
